REB Restrictor
The REB Restrictor finds the recognition sequences and the corresponding commercially available restriction enzymes for any DNA sequence given as input. It also gives the GC and AT content of the DNA sequence. The Reading Frames of the sequence are also displayed in its output.

The recognition finder allows the user to give the enzyme of his choice as input and finds the enzyme's recognition sequence.
