The
LeuBase database is the resource molecular biology information of
leukemia virus. LeuBase, organizes based on Open Reading Frames
(ORF's) from partial and complete genome sequence from mammalian
virus.
The Database of Leukemia Virus (LeuBase) is obtained from using
the Bioinformatics Sequence Analysis (Comparative Genomics) Approach.
The aim of LeuBase is to facilitate comparative genomics from various
points of view such as genes and possible coding proteins information.
This database containing information (gene's and protein's) of the
Abelson murine leukemia virus, Feline leukemia virus, Friend murine
leukemia virus, Gibbon ape leukemia virus, Molony murine leukemia
virus, Rauscher murine leukemia virus, Bovine leukemia virus.
The LeuBase is developed to help the Biological and Medical science
community for easy access all the information on the genes that
are involved in Cancer Leukemia.
