The Database of Hepatitis virus is obtained from using the Bioinformatics Sequence Analysis (Comparative Genomics) Approach. The aim of hepatitis virus database is to facilitate comparative genomics from various points of view such as genes and possible coding proteins information. This database containing information (gene's and protein's) of the different hepatitis virus(Hepatitis A Virus, Hepatitis B Virus, Hepatitis C Virus, Hepatitis D Virus, Hepatitis E Virus, Hepatitis F Virus).
