we see that there is a big difference in the length of the movement
protein of the Apple chlorotic leaf spot virus P863 and apple mosaic
virus RNA3. So, it is difficult to identify the consensus pattern
with in these sequences but as ClustalW results shows that both
are partial conserved on following 8 positions.
